Client Synopsis:
Full Scale Solutions is currently recruiting for the following position in Raleigh/Durham, NC.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
We are currently seeking to hire a Process Engineer II who will be responsible for improving system and equipment reliability for the core processes to meet all customer, business and regulatory requirements through the following activities:
  • Coaching and mentoring Engineers and Engineering and S&EP Technicians.
  • Support technical Development of SEP Techs.
  • Employ advanced cLEAN® tools within the main areas of problem solving, project and change management.
  • Lead cross-functional process stream improvements.
  • Develop plans to improve the performance of a process or set of systems, using cLEAN 2 Star and 3 Star concepts.
  • Develop and manage AB for improvements for a process or set of systems.
  • Support event response activities.
  • Support implementation of one DFP better practices and participates in sharing knowledge across all sites for improvement projects.
  • Maintain and establish standards for procedures and maintenance plans.
  • Acts as Technology Network team member for their process.
  • Supports the following:
    • Preparing Components
    • Formulate Product
    • Fill Units
    • Inspect Units
    • Assemble Units
    • Package Units
    • Control Systems
    • Utilities
Requirements:
  • BS in Engineering/related field or Equivalent (experience + education).
  • 5-8+ years engineering experience in Maintenance, Design, Process Improvement, cLean 2 Star or Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
  • Knowledgeable in the following systems: Instrument and Electrical, Mechanical, Control/SCADA/PLCs, Process Improvement Methodologies, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM); Pharmaceutical Utilities.
  • Proven expertise in planning/organization/execution of maintenance activities, following up on results, and revising the work plan for complex problems being resolved by cross functional teams.
  • Builds strong working relationships, Creates direction through vision, inspiration, and example.
  • Actively participates in process/team activities, supports ideas/actions of others, uses appreciative feedback style to coach others in how to “Make their idea even better”.
  • Quickly flexes to changing roles and responsibilities and adapts to changing environments and business needs with grace and ease.
  • Demonstrates behaviors consistent with all for one, one for all mentality.
  • Collaborates, Supports, and Participates in performing all team activities necessary to assure the Team wins. Uses “We” and “Us” instead of “I” when discussing team results. Uses “I” instead of “You” and/or “Them” when discussing what could have been done differently. Demonstrate appreciative feedback style.
  • Able to translate high level direction into actionable tasks that deliver results using cLean / Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Understands who the customer is, their requirements and the processes that meet the customer's requirements. Is relentless in improving results, demonstrates a sense of urgency in supplying the customer and delivering good results.
  • Demonstrates a disciplined approach to making decisions.
  • Demonstrates a disciplined approach to making decisions that is based on data and facts and is consistent with Vision/Business Goals and Values.
  • Ability to work hours necessary to support production and /or maintenance activities.
  • Ability to travel internationally.
