Essential Duties and Responsibilities: We are currently seeking a smart, energetic, highly analytical individual to be part of our Clients team. The ideal incumbent will understand business needs and work with teams across the company to maximize the value of salesforce by automating processes, driving data based decisions and identifying insights to improve revenues and/or reduce costs. The person should have expertise in configuring, managing salesforce, developing reports, dashboards, creating ad hoc sql queries and performing data analysis.
In addition, it is desired that the individual has experience managing Salesforce.com implementations, as they will evaluate future functionality and may design, create or modify systems to meet changing business demands.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, is committed to support business growth by providing data insights and maximizing salesforce utilization across various departments. In addition individual must have strong analytical skills and experience working with advanced, complex SQL queries and databases.
Responsibilities include:
- Responsible for utilizing the business knowledge to report and perform analytics on user data.
- Identify key metrics and analyze trends to optimize management decision-making, efficiencies and margins.
- Act as an interface between business teams and internal and external technical teams.
- Maintain awareness of new Salesforce.com releases and upgrades to maximize Benefits from Salesforce.com.
- Analyze current business processes, suggest improvements and participate in design and programming of new functionality for salesforce.
- Configure and create new functions in salesforce.com to meet new business needs.
- Integrate Salesforce.com with other applications.
- Facilitate discussions with user groups on how system solutions can help enable new business initiatives.
- Help with the creation of ad hoc reports from various backend databases and derive insight from the data.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or Operations Engineering.
- 5+ years of work experience in a Systems Analyst position.
- Outstanding customer service skills.
- Proven multitasking capabilities.
- Strong consulting, analytical, decision making and problem solving skills.
- Proven flexibility and creativity in developing solutions.
- Exceptional writing, communication, documentation and organizational skills.
- Ability to perform objective analysis and re-engineering of business processes.
- Salesforce.com certification a plus.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
- Proven data analytics, report writing skills required.
- Strong SQL knowledge required.
