Client Synopsis:
Full Scale Solutions is currently recruiting for the following Inside Sales position located in Raleigh /Durham, NC.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Inside Sales Representative to sell our Clients next-generation system automation solution that provides a unique approach to automating the construction, deployment and maintenance of software systems across physical, virtual and cloud-based environments. This incumbent will be responsible for driving sales through discovery calls and presentations and prospecting to identify and close opportunities with new and existing Clients. Must be a master at identifying customer needs and presenting solutions to Clients. This incumbent will be held responsible for growing and acquiring new business and meeting assigned sales quota.
  • Bachelors degree required.
  • 2-4 years of inside sales experience in a high tech software environment.
  • Must have a successful track record prospecting including cold calls and lead generation.
  • Experience selling business value (both high & low).
  • Focus on system software or application development tools sales.
  • Self-motivated, self-starter, results-oriented personality.
  • Must be organized and able to independently manage a territory and quotas.
  • Must possess a demonstrated track record of growing the business by exceeding sales targets/quotas.
