Client Synopsis:

Full Scale Solutions is currently recruiting for the following position that could be based in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Our Client's team brings together an incredbly diverse and multi-disciplinary set of backgrounds and skills. They are growing their Sales and Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have prior experence in the hospitality industry and extensive experience in a Business Intelligence sales enviornment. You will work within a cross-functional team to achieve the goals of our orgnization by promoting multiple suites of solutions and creating new traction in the industry.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Work to develop a pipeline of new prospects, and build the portfolio of clients in the Eastern US.
  • Develop relationships with future clients and develop long term potential client pipeline.
  • Establish and closely monitor sales goals for the company and ensure targets are achieved.
  • Work with Client Services team to understand and get to know existing clients in order to drive opportunities for growth and customer segmentation, and capture new business.
  • Design strategic sales plans through competitive analysis and thoughtful product positioning.
  • Provide disciplined, ethical and focused leadership in businesss sales.
  • Maintain broad market and competitor knowledge to ensure credibility with clients – including reviewing and analyzing client business trends.
  • Understand client cross-border supply chain.


  • Bachelors degree in related field- Business, Computer Science, Hospitality, Marketing, Accounting.
  • 4-6 years of hands-on Sales experience in the SaaS or Hospitality Industry with some working knowledge of general accountining practices.
  • Vertical market expertise in the Business Intelligence space (players, features, services, trends.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, great at managing and meantoring.
  • Understand the leverage the services component as part of strategic portfolio of products.
  • Solid planning, financial and analytical skills with a proven ability to apply these skills using business insight to complex situations with competing priorities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and a strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills are a must.
  • Proven ability to partner with senior business leaders to understand needs and deliver solutions that meet their expectations.
